Illustrations for the exhibition World Nature Art in the Nieuwe Kerk (Amsterdam).

This illustration represents Waterland, a fairly unspoiled natural area North of Amsterdam. It was used on a newspaper-catalog given to visitors to the exhibition Wereld.Natuur.Kunst (World.Nature.Art) in the Nieuwe Kerk (Amsterdam). The exhibition showed the relationship between art and nature in four major cultures: the West, Islam, Hinduism and the indigenous peoples.
